1996-1997

In this second season, we see Gabrielle merge into a warrior alongside her best friend Xena. They go through yet again many hardships. For instance, Xena must learn to face her past when she comes face to face with her son. Gabrielle must cope with the death of a loved one.

Orphan of War




While aiding the centaurs, Xena is reunited with her nine-year-old son, Solan. Solan believes that his mother and father are both dead. Xena gave Solan up after his birth, to the centaurs when she was evil as a sign that she would not bother them again.


Remember Nothing




The three fates shwo Xena what would have happened had she not taken up the sword.


Giant Killer




In a battle between the Israelites and the Philistines, Xena faces the giant, Goliath.


Girls Just Wanna Have Fun




It's Xena vs. the Bacchae, who have put their vampire bite on Gabrielle!


Return of Callisto




Callisto kills Gabrielle's new husband Perdicus. Xena lets Callisto meet quicksand death.

Callisto escapes the Underworld through Xena's dreams.

Xena must rescue Gabrielle from the ship of Cecrops the Lost Mariner, all while challenging a wrathful Poseidon.
